What to Expect

Your First Visit

Your initial session, lasting 45 to 90 minutes, is a comprehensive assessment (subjective and objective examination) to explore your injury or concern. We begin with in-depth discussions about your symptoms, specifically what exacerbates or alleviates it and reviewing relevant medical history. Following this, we conduct specialized assessments, including a thorough review of any imaging and biomechanical examinations. Through observation, movement testing, and targeted assessments, we aim to identify the root cause of your pain or injury. Throughout the assessment, we prioritize open communication, encouraging you to ask questions and actively participate in your care. Treatment plans are discussed collaboratively, ensuring you are fully informed and comfortable with the proposed interventions, which often commences on the same day. Our commitment extends beyond your visit, with meticulous documentation to facilitate continuity of care. At our practice, excellence is our standard. We are dedicated to providing evidence-based care and unwavering support as you embark on your journey to recovery.
