Jordan has maintained a keen interest in jumping and speed training since his early days as an athlete. Through his own training, physiotherapy education, and following the research, he has developed a specialized Assessment tool to evaluate an athlete’s strength, balance, and jumping capabilities. Jordan can then identify key components necessary to develop an individualized plan for improvement.
Every athlete is built different and has trained differently, thus having an individualized approach to training is crucial to success.
This 60 minute session with Jordan Gillis, PT, is ideal for basketball and volleyball athletes. The concepts can be applied
to other sports as well.
